Community Brands approached us with a complex issue involving the synchronization of data between their Salesforce and Litmos systems. They had a custom integration between NetSuite and Litmos that was causing confusion and inefficiencies. Our team got to work, first by removing the outdated integration and then outlining the client’s complex Excel data in Miro, which we then pushed back on any changes made by the client.
Our team then added a new integration that automatically added organizations to Litmos when opportunities were closed-won, creating attendee group codes with subscription and contract start and end dates. Additionally, we pushed organization updates for whenever specific fields were updated in SF into Litmos. The result was that Salesforce became the source of truth for organizations and contacts, with Litmos receiving data on which organizations and contacts should have access to Community Brands University and other systems.
