One quick thing before we begin, what is an MVP?

MVP stands for Minimum Viable Product, which is a strategy used in the software world to develop and release a new product or feature with minimal effort and investment. The term MVP (Minimum Viable Product) was popularized by Eric Ries in his book “The Lean Startup“, (we highly recommend it)

An MVP is a basic version of a product that contains only the essential features needed to satisfy early customers and gather feedback. By launching an MVP, companies can quickly test the market and determine if there is demand for their product or feature, without investing a lot of time and resources.

The goal of an MVP is to learn from customer feedback and improve the product iteratively over time, rather than spending a lot of time and money building a product that may not meet the needs of the target audience. An MVP can help businesses save money, reduce risk, and get to market faster.
