One quick thing before we begin—what is AEM?

AEM stands for Adobe Experience Manager, and it is a software platform that helps organizations manage their digital content and experiences. Think of it as a tool that allows businesses to create, manage, and deliver digital content to their customers, such as web pages, mobile apps, and forms.

AEM is used by many businesses, both small and large, to create and manage their online presence. It allows companies to easily create and publish content, manage digital assets like images and videos, and personalize the user experience for each visitor.

For example, if you were shopping for clothes on a retail website, AEM might be used to display personalized recommendations based on your past purchases and browsing history. AEM helps businesses provide a more engaging and personalized experience for their customers, ultimately improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
